MAricela: What don't we apoint a new production manager?

Karla: I'm not sure about that, we should give a pay increase to all the workers (this would cost 500, 000 Euros)

Tayira: Does anyone have anyothers opinions?

Olivia: I'm agree about the pay increase, because it would motivate all the workers and that would increase productivity.

Rodrigo: I think that appointing a new production manager, will be better because that would reuced cost.

Karla: Yes, but our problem isn't the production manager, the workers need to be motivated.

Tayira: So can we agree to give them a pay increase.
